St. Ignace offers the ideal conditions for the sporting events at WISSA. The westerly winds that come across Lake Michigan are unobstructed for over 100 miles. These winds are funneled right at the point of St. Ignace and Mackinaw. The average wind speed in this area during the month of February is 27.5 mph (see below for detailed wind speed statistics from 2010 and 2011). St.
Action Sports Enterprises (ASE) will be on site with a comprehensive collection of spare parts available throughout the week. All WISSA participants will get access to these spare parts at dealer prices during the events. If you’d like to pre-order parts, send an email to dhill@actionsportsenterprises by February 10, 2012.
